Very gentle yoga with breathing and relaxation, suitable for all types of beginners. Sometimes we use chairs too

Pregnancy Yoga & AquaNatal Yoga 

 

7.30-9.00 pm

 

 

Pregnancy focused breathing and relaxation, postures to support the body during pregnancy and birth.  Also comes with a booklet. 

 


 

Wednesday

Yoga for life

 

7.30-8.45 pm

This is an all levels class. Some yoga experience is essential. If you aren't sure, give me a call.  We practice a mix of sun saluations, vinyasa and hatha style static poses, with an emphasis on the breath.  We always have a yoga nidra at the end. have a blanket handy for this.

 

Thursday

Yoga Basics

 

 7.30-8.45 pm

This class is a beginners level class, combining poses, breathing and relaxation to give you a full body practice at your own pace and level.  Yoga nidra at the end

 

Friday

 

Friday morning yoga for Every Body

 

10.30 am - 11.45

This is perfect for anyone wanting to find out what yoga is about and what it can do for you both mentally and physically.  Take it at your own pace and just do what you can.  We end with yoga nidra.

Yoga Nidra with Kelly 


9-9.30 pm

 Get your blankets and pillows, candles and whatever else you need, and join Kelly for his guided relaxation to help you sleep.
