6 week yoga course

Commit to a course with me for 6 weeks, and watch your practice evolve. There are 3 beginners and 3 experienced classes to choose from every week. Recordings are available if you miss a class.

Zen Baby Massage Couse

Learn how to use massage as a therapeutic tool for you and your baby, and also some reflexology for baby. Recordings are available if you miss a class.

Prenatal Yoga Course

Prenatal yoga for 1st, 2nd and 3rd trimester of pregnancy. Also you have access to a members area, where all of the classes are stored, plus extra bonus material is available. This course includes 6 yoga classes.

Aquanatal Workshop

We run monthly workshops for all stages of pregnancy, that take place in the pool. The pool is heated to 32 degrees, so it is perfect for mums and babies. These take place on Sundays at 6-7.30 pm.

Private Yoga Session

Let me build a class totally to suit you, perfect for anyone not sure how to start a practice, if you have an injury that you would like help with, or you would like to work on a particular area of your practice. This price is for a session at my studio. If it is for a session in a private home or work place then it is £50 per hour.
