Welcome to my online yoga studio
Congratulations on taking the first steps towards building a regular practice. You will find different styles of classes, different lengths and also levels. You will need a mat for all practices, and I try to not use props too often in my classes, but a cushion is always a nice addition, plus a blanket and a strap. If you have any yoga props then you are welcome to use them, but you don’t need to buy anything to start. You can always get some as you go. Thank you for booking into my online yoga studio: you will hopefully find plenty to keep you going and I will be adding to it all the time. Class of the week!
Gentle Classes
The theme of these classes is mellow. These are suitable for anyone who has injuries, conditions, or who would like a slower pace of class.
Short Classes
Bite size classes to fit in anywhere in the day, ranging from 20 to 50 minutes. They are suitable for all levels, but if you are beginning, you can do variations of postures
All Levels
These are level 1 videos, all lasting around 60 minutes to 75 minutes. Each class is structured around a part of the body or a theme, so no two classes are the same. We will use minimal props, but if any are needed, you will find it in the description and I also say at the beginning of the session.
Push Yourself
This set of online classes is designed to level up your practice, with more advanced postures and longer holds. Nothing too difficult, but you will notice the difference between these and the others. Give them a go!
